    A microwave oven, tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator in the room were an advantage. This hotel offers shuttle too.

    It was close to where we needed to go.

    Room was not ready an hour after check in time. Extremely rude staff. Complained to corporate. They tried to be helpful. Said the manager from the hotel would contact us within 72 hours. We have yet to hear from him. Since then we have been offered part of our money back or a free nights stay. We have declined these offers, because it is not about the money. We were disrespected for absolutely no reason and no one from the actual property has apologized. Not sure why Booked.net calculated my score of this place as 2.5. This property is a zero.

    The sheets were nasty had black spots with stains all over them the tub had mold and brown areas around the caulking the Ottoman had stains on it

    The only thing I can say I liked about the property is that it was a nice well kept hotel.

    This doesn't have anything to do with the hotel just who you allow to stay in the hotel. We had the worst weekend with people next door and there kids. 8 people in 2 different rooms and all we heard was the kids running up and down the hall way and slaming the door. I got a refund so that was good. Also that we had to pay for breakfast. Never had I had to stay at any hotel and had to pay for breakfast and I have stayed at better hotels then this. DO better. Never staying here again.

    Bed was comfortable. Room clean but smell of bleach for about 3 hours after check in.

    Arrived at check in time (3p) and was told room not ready. Had to wait over 20 minutes. When I was able to check in room smelled like bleach. When I checked out I was overcharged almost $40 more than my reservation quoted.

    Front desk didnt care to help us get a room, after there was some error with reservations on either Bookings/Hilton's part. Short staff in the kitchen/bar. Was told at first that late check oit is an extra $60 when it wasnt.

    I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and not a lot of people stayed there, therefore, it was extra quiet. Perfect place to stay for New Year's Eve.

    Didn't have complimentary breakfast and there was no guidance from the server on where to sit. Need more servers because she was mixing up everyone's breakfast tickets. Noticed that the doors are thin, so you can easily hear what's going on in the hotel room.

    The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere.

    Maybe I missed something, but they don't offer a continental breakfast. It would have been better if they offered that, but perhaps they don't to keep costs down. Also, there was some chipped paint inside the bathroom door at the bottom. Overall, I definitely would stay there again.

    One front desk staffer, Ron, who was pleasant and helpful. He was one if not the only shining star of the hotel. The lobby was updated and modern, but beyond that point our room was disappointing.

    Overall staffers were not customer oriented. Room had stains on the bathroom wall behind toliet, stains on floor in grout, wallpaper torn, and did not have bath towels available daily. This Hilton was sub-par with other Hilton hotels which we've stayed in the past. This particular facility was disappointing and was not what as a regular Hilton customer(s), we're accustomed to experiencing. When you choose to stay at a Hilton you expect a basic level of quality for your room and stay, which this hotel failed to deliver.

    The location was good and at check-in the front desk agent was nice.

    There was hair in the tub and on the towels. Also, the bed was wobbly. At check-out I let the front desk agent know of the problem and the front desk agent admitted that they have a cleaning issue and receive many complaints and that she doesn't believe that the housekeeper supervisor inspects rooms. Yeah, that was very helpfully.
